Naturopathy
Naturopathy is a natural medicine recognised and defined by the WHO (World Health Organisation) as “traditional Western medicine“, which takes a holistic approach to preserving, optimising and improving health using natural means.
The individual is approached as a whole, in his or her physical, psychological and emotional dimensions. In this respect, naturopathy is a holistic method.
It is based on the principles of the body’s capacity for self-healing through natural means and health education, enabling each person to take responsibility for maintaining their own health by providing the information and knowledge needed to increase awareness of the cause-and-effect links between our lifestyle choices and our health and well-being.
Naturopathy uses a variety of natural tools and techniques to achieve this balance.

The naturopath's action
Naturopaths seek first and foremost to identify the sources and causes of ill-being and organic dysfunction, in order to propose methods, tools and advice on healthy living to restore balance and harmony naturally.
These causes may be physical, psychological, energetic or emotional. Each cause may correspond to one (or more) suitable solution(s) and therapy(s).
Naturopaths are there to help you, advise you and guide you towards the therapies and solutions that best suit you, so that you can regain your health and balance using natural means.
As part of a holistic approach to health and personalised advice, the Naturopath has the necessary training and experience to offer you some of these therapies or, if necessary, to refer you to a practitioner experienced in one or other of these disciplines.

We take into account any current medical treatment and advise you according to medical advice.
Naturopathy is a very good complement to allopathic medicine, which is an effective emergency medicine in life-threatening cases. Above all, it is an excellent tool for preserving health, slowing down cell ageing and preventing disease.
