The Naturopathy
Naturopathy is a natural medicine recognised and defined by the WHO (World Health Organisation) as ” traditional Western medicine “, which takes a holistic approach to preserving, optimising and improving health using natural means.
The individual is approached as a whole, in his or her physical, psychological and emotional dimensions…
Nutritherapy
Nutritherapy, otherwise known as orthomolecular medicine, is a natural approach to regulating nutritional and vitamin intake by rebalancing diet and nutrition.
In order to correct and regulate the functioning of the body’s systems, the nutritherapist will focus on correcting deficiencies or malfunctions through the targeted and precise use of nutrients specific to the proper functioning of the systems…
The microbiota
“Eating more than you should does more harm than you think”. But what if nutritionists were to prove this 350-year-old proverb true? At the root of this belief lies a purely scientific explanation: the intestinal microbiota.
Thanks to metagenomics, it is now possible to study andanalyse your microbiota in order to optimise it thoroughly and accurately.
Your naturopath is trained and experienced in the interpretation and analysis of microbiota using metagenomics.
Why consult?
Your naturopath will help you to identify the causes of your problems using nutritional and functional analysis, metagenomics, kinesiology… and will guide you on the road to restored health and well-being .
Please note: naturopaths do not diagnose illnesses and should not make you stop your medical treatment. Only a doctor can diagnose an illness. The naturopath will then guide you according to the illness diagnosed by your doctor, always taking into account the medication prescribed by your doctor. When taking food supplements, ask your doctor’s advice if you are taking medication.
